Patient Financial Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Healthcare Resource Group is seeking talented call center customer service representatives in our Self-Pay Division. Your primary job duties will be providing solutions for outstanding patient balances through outbound and inbound calls. These solutions can include account information, payment processing, payment plan set up and counseling about available financial aid programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing exceptional customer service

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills

  • Previous experience with insurance billing or health care support is a big plus

  • Bilingual English-Spanish is a huge plus
