Healthcare Resource Group (HRG) provides revenue cycle services to hospitals and clinics throughout the US.
Responsible to lead the Patient Financial Care division ensuring the highest quality customer service. Duties include personnel leadership, strategic planning, contract fulfillment and project management. Consistently working to grow department, establishing strong client relationships and enhancing patient relations. Through actions creates a positive image for HRG.

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, information systems or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years’ experience leading inbound/outbound contact center processing customer payments
Advanced knowledge of phone systems, online payment tools, and mailing of patient statements
FDCPA or other industry certifications desired
Excellent oral and written communications skills with ability to handle a wide variety of customer situations
Advanced knowledge of phone system programming, healthcare information systems and multi-channel customer support strategies
Knowledge of management principles and ability to implement corporate strategy
Travel: Up to 20 percent
