HRG Ranked 4th - 2016 Best Places to Work Inland Northwest
Healthcare Resource Group has been recognized again as a top workplace, this time being ranked 4th in the Large Company category for 2016 "Best Places to Work Inland Northwest" by the Best Companies Groups and Journal of Business.
I am very proud of our company and all HRG’s employee-owners who work so hard to delight our clients and make HRG a great place to work. As HRG grows to meet our client’s needs so does our leaderships commitment and determination to continue providing a great working environment. Being regionally and nationally recognized as a great place to work does not weaken our resolve to continually look for ways to increase employee growth and satisfaction. HRG’s success has been built on continually growing to meet our client’s needs and it is that same principal we employ with our company culture; continually growing to meet the needs and investing in our employee-owners.
At HRG, we foster an environment of open-communication encouraging constructive feedback and new ideas from our employee-owners. We recognize we are stronger as a collaborating team than voiceless individuals. We are constantly collaborating on how we can be better. How we can be more productive and how we can continue to enrich our relationships with our clients and partners?
We never stop asking how we can improve, as a team, as a service provider, or as a unique, talented individual. Our drive and passion for providing client delight is what makes us successful as a company, but it is our culture of caring about our employee-owners that makes us one of the 2016 "Best Places to Work Inland Northwest."
At HRG we are more than just a company, we are a community. #WeAreHRG
