HRG Enlists new S.W.A.T Team Members 

Spokane Valley, WA-

HRG would like to announce the appointment and promotion of three new S.W.A.T. Team Members:
• Carie Mollett-Walker, CPAT – Hospital Billing and Medicare Specialist
• Crystal Larsen, CPAT – Hospital Billing and Commercial Insurance Specialist
• Nicole Webster, CPAT – Clinic Billing and Recovery Specialist

To become a S.W.A.T. team member, staff must know how to operate within multiple accounts receivable, billing and imaging systems, have advanced insurance recovery skills covering all payers and payer types, and must have passed the CPAT or CCAT exam. They must also have a proven HRG track record of quality, customer service, and productivity.

HRG’s S.W.A.T. TEAM (Staff With Advanced Training) is assigned to every new project to assist with the implementation and training of staff. Their mission is to get every client up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible, providing the expertise of their advanced training as well as additional team support during implementations.

Under the guidance of our Implementation Manager, Patti Peterson, this team of trained recovery specialists will also be able to quickly assess the assigned accounts and provide our clients with important information about outstanding problems and issues, giving our clients insight into problem areas and process improvements.
