Patti Peterson and Lee Ayers Join HRG 

HRG is happy to announce the two latest additions to our management team at our OutPartnering™ Center located in the Spokane Valley.

Patti Peterson has joined us as the Client Service and Implementation Manager. Patti comes to HRG with over 20 years in the healthcare industry. Most recently Patti was with CareMedic as the Program Manager. Patti was also previously with Relay Health as an Account Manager and with Valley General Hospital as the Business Services Director. Patti’s skills and experience include EDI systems maximization, business office process improvement, and team building. Patti’s client service ability along with her vast experience and knowledge help strengthen HRG's team and our commitment to client service.

Lee Ayers has recently joined HRG as the Self Pay and Reporting Manager. Lee was formerly with Rockwood Clinic as the Senior Financial Analyst. Lee has over 10 years in Healthcare on both the provider and insurance side and has a wide continuum of experience including high level analytics, payer contract negotiations, physician compensation, developing and measuring clinical quality improvement, and revenue cycle process improvement. He holds a BA from Western Washington University where he majored in History and Economics. He earned his MBA from Eastern Washington University in 2004 earning membership in the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Lee’s analytical skills and vast experience have already proven to be an asset to our clients.
