Steve Easterly 

In October 2011 Steve Easterly took the test to become CPAM certified.  The Certified Patient Account Manager test is a grueling eight hour exam made up of multiple choice, true/false, and essay questions.  It designates a mastery of patient account management.  Not only did Steve pass the exam to become CPAM certified, he passed the exam on his first attempt, a feat not many accomplish.  Excellent job Steve!

Steve joined the HRG team in 2009.  Through hard work and dedication he quickly rose to become our Third Party Revenue Cycle Supervisor.  In addition to supervising numerous project teams he advocated for and helped to implement a Health and Wellness program providing his co-owners with opportunities to learn how to improve their health, quit smoking, and lose weight.

Steve is a member of AAHAM, the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management, and obtained his CPAT certification in 2010.  His goals include working towards certification with HFMA, the Healthcare Financial Management Association.  Steve takes pride in his work and loves being an employee-owner.  His work ethic, dedication, and determination ensure that HRG provides client delight on a regular basis.

When he is not working, Steve enjoys spending time with close friends and family.  He likes traveling and taking advantage of all of the recreational amenities that Spokane has to offer.
