Kathi Athey 

Kathi Athey is Regional Director of Healthcare Resource Group’s Southern California Staffing Division, located in Westminster, California.

Healthcare Resource Groups’ clients include hospitals and large physician clinic groups located throughout the United States.

Kathi brings over 15 years of Healthcare Management experience, the last six of which have been with HRG in Southern California, and nine years prior working for Fountain Valley Regional Hospital Medical Center in Orange County. Kathi supported the operational infrastructure of the hospital’s Administration Department which allowed her to gain detailed working knowledge of all hospital service areas.

Kathi is the President of the Southern California Chapter of AAHAM. She actively assists in the development and promotion of educational seminars, and in sharing the benefits of patient financial services career networking throughout Southern California.

Kathi lives in Huntington Beach with her two sons Ryan and Evan. Her immediate family also consists of her father, mother, and sister. Kathi enjoys spending her leisure time networking with colleagues and visiting family and friends. Her outdoor activities include running on the beach, hiking and yoga.
